Not impressed at all. Brought 2 people in who wanted to get into vaping and the guy working was rude. He drove the business right out the door. Would have been easily 4-500 from us spending to get them started but with his attitude I decided to take them to another store instead. Will not return. *Edit* happened Sunday afternoon. Bigger set fella.

Great people at this location. This is my go to vape shop.

This is my go to vape shop in Saskatoon. The young guy I usually deal with is awesome - wish I knew his name (you have good vibes). They blow their competitors out of the water in regards to service. They have some good house blends at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work you guys!

I purchased a SnowPlus which has 3000 rips in it from here for 25$ one day ago and the battery was clearly faulty as it only lasted me about 20 hours instead of 5-7 days like they normally would. So I went back in to store after work to see if I could get a refund or exchange it out for a new one. I had proof that I purchased it from the store in form of a bank statement receipt and any other further information they needed to ensure I was being honest. The person working was very rude and laughed/smiled at me when I explained and tried to show him my bank statement showing proof of the purchase made at there store . He finished by telling me that “I’m out of luck”. I was quite shocked and was not looking to argue or create conflict so I left very confused and upset. This has happened to me other times before where a disposable vape has something wrong with battery or doesn’t work and when I go to the store where I bought it they never have an issues helping me replace it or compensating me some way. I don’t know why this store would be any different then the other stores in Saskatoon in terms of customer service. I have dealt with other people at the store before and have not had an issue but the guy who talked to me today I had not encountered yet at store until today.
