Open on Saturday and Sunday, I don't believe that went to store30 minutes after they said it opens and nothing, called 3 times and nothing maybechangehours on your profile because this is ridiculous

The lady who I assume is the owner (?) has very limited product knowledge. That aside though, she was as helpful as she could be and perfectly pleasant. Fairly limited on-the-shelf options for a same-day purchase, but hey Grand bend has a population of what...25 people in Spring? I get it.

Very limited devices and coils since day 1 of opening all they have are a decent selection of ejuices very few coils been in twice in last 6 months for terrible choices on replacing coils. Generally have to drive to London to pick up any coils or tanks of any kind

Walked in from the heat and thanked the smiley guy behind the counter for having AC! He was knowledgable and super helpful. Focused on what I needed as other customers came in but acknowledged them. That's courtesy at its finest. Proper and professional. Super impressed and would and will recommend this joint! Hi Five

My experience visiting here has always been pleasant, the owner has always been helpful and kind, and as it is a grand bend business we are fortunate that the store offers year round business. The store also has a large selections of juices, devices and coils.
