I met the manager the first time in Mont Royal shop. She is literally the best one. Super patient and cheerful. She helped me with my first vape and specially for the juices, she always makes the right choice following my preferences. All the team is super friendly. Excellent service and great products. If ever you go there, ask for her. She is named Sarra. You will get the best service ever !
I tried many vapeshops but in terms of customer service ? That vape shop is excellent. I was served by a girl called Sarra there. I wish you’ll find her when you go there. She is JUST EXCELLENT. Great knowledge of all the products and super patient 👍🏻👍🏻.

The manager of this store was very helpful and took a lot of time to make sure I understood all my options. He used layman's terms in order to make sure we were on the same page! Super friendly and hospitable, would highly recommend!
