The store is magnificent, but parking is rare. I ran into 2 different employees the times I went there. - The first is more than wonderful, friendly, and I would even say passionate and very helpful. I would give it 10 out of 5 stars. - The second is stupid, arrogant. He always has fun throwing things and juggling a lighter in front of your face. He always says he doesn't have such a thing in stock but with a little polishing he has it in stock. No service or least effort on his part.

Very unhappy, ordinary service from the girl who works there doesn't listen to customers she does what she wants but it's not her who pays how many times she sold me something that I didn't want to have, I tell her but she sells me exactly what I tell her that I don't want and I lose money again and again, she doesn't know what the product is but pretends so... the guy on the other hand who works there is very nice and very good service well done. When it's the girl who works there are always lots of people everywhere, probably friends. It's a bit brick to brick. Really disappointed, the owner must not be minding his own business because he lets it all go... also for a so-called large vaping store there is a lack of a lot of products, very surprising.
