Very rude and unprofessional staff. I called the store and the lady answered who is very rude the way she talked and answer and I tried to call again to get an follow up and asked in very politely manner if they have a stock so I know if I should just order somewhere else or just wait for them the lady said " you again?" And the way she talk and treat me as a "first time costumer" is unprofessional and rude. I never experience this as costumer whenever I tried to call in other vape shops. If you looking for an vape shop? I don't recommend this store much better if you find somewhere else to inquire and if you have questions regarding to your order or items that you want to order.

Great customer service and such a good selection, check them out if you are in the area, totally worth it

Terrible Service now since New Ownership! My friend and I went in for two batteries. She had no clue as to what they were. She proceeded to dig underneath the counter and pulls out a basket of stuff and we showed her which ones we needed. Once we got home’ one didn’t work at all and the second one died within a couple weeks We went back and went through the same thing. She didn’t have anymore and basically said that’s too bad’ No offer of a refund or store credit. 20 bucks down the Drain! Never going back!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with wide selection of eliquid and devices. This place has a cozy atmosphere with amazing smells in the air. Highly recommend you check this place out if your in the neighborhood.

Got a new unit and Randy showed me just what I needed, helped me set up my kit, and was super nice all around.
