FALSE/MISLEADING ADVERTISING. BUYER BEWARE. MANY OTHER/BETTER OPTIONS TO SHOP FROM. LOOK ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙉𝙊𝙏 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚! They state on their site that the new/recent excise tax is included in their prices “ɴᴏ ʜɪᴅᴅᴇɴ ғᴇᴇs ᴀᴛ ᴄʜᴇᴄᴋᴏᴜᴛ” but 𝐍𝐨𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 on their site do they inform you that the price in store is at least $5 more than price posted online. When mentioning this, in store at the checkout, they inform you that that is only the online price for online orders and delivery. I live across the street; there is no reason for me to place an order online. This is ridiculous, tedious and frustrating, as a local consumer and would-be repeat customer. Will not be returning unless/until this is rectified. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Otherwise, great selection on e-juices and disposable units. Edit: response from ‘owner’ was lacklustre and accepted no responsibility for misleading customers, while flat out denying the content (or lack thereof) of their website. Will not be returning.

My visit to the vape store was excellent, and Kalpana, the associate, provided really helpful assistance. She was knowledgeable about the products and guided me in choosing the right vape. The store had a really good products selection, and Kalpana's expertise made my shopping experience smooth.
