Unfortunately, the clerks have a bad habit of selling the wrong items, knowing they cannot be reimbursed. When it's obvious they know and smile about it... 2 stars is a generous review. Ordering online is cheaper and less risky.

It's a small shop, but they have lots of juice flavours and a decent selection of vapes. Customer service was good. I bought a pack of coils and they turned out to be the wrong size. I brought them back only to find out they didn't have the right size in-stock. So they took my number and ordered the right size and called me when they came in and gave me an exchange. No problem.

Avoid it at all unless you wanna throw your money in the garbage! He refused to apply the warranty and replace a starter kit I purchased since 5 days !! Saying that the warranty is only for the battery!! After five days of very minimal usage, the firing button become out of of control and firing automatically. I was not able to turn it off or to use it !! Completely poor quality of material and very low customer service when you ask for your money back.( when you came to buy they will be kind and smiley faces) Buy from here at your own risk

Don't take USD and very average service. I don't recommend/Je ne recommande pas.

WOW!!!! What an incredible store. I have never seen such a large selection of top quality products as La Vaps. I have been to hundreds of Vape shops all over the country and this has to be one of the best. The customer service is second to none. Saying the staff goes above and beyond to take care of you is an understatement. The owner, Abby is a super nice guy and really knows his stuff. Whether you are new to vaping or have been vaping for years there is something for everyone. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
