The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They change my coils for me because I don't have the hand strength to do it myself. All of the staff and owner are perfectly bilingual and once they know you they serve you in your language. They are super helpful and their knowledge of vapes and juices are on the mark.

Great after-sales service, patient with me since I know so little about vapes, took his time to show me how it works step by step. Brought my friend who speaks only French, however the guy who works there, Joe, is very fluent in both english and french and was able to provide us great support juggling in between both languages at the same time. Will definitely recommend.

Absolutely love that place. The staff explain everything carefully, they really know their product. Customer service is exceptional and they really have diversified models of tanks, batteries and most of all ejuice. A must go if you vape!!!A+++ will be back again for sure!!
