Each time I go there I'm welcomed by a friendly person. Always, and it's been a couple of years now, I had an excellent service! I am using a certain model of vape kit which I lost, and even if they don't sell this anymore, they will order it for me and I will have it in a few days. Thank You! Merci! Tousjours un bon service!

I come here all the time and usually the service is great. Yesterday I had gone over there and specifically asked for a vice mango disposable. I paid for it but I never saw the box, she opened the box before giving it to me and before I left the store I had realized she gave me a stilth disposable. I ask if it’s possible to get a refund or an exchange since they are the same price, I was told no. I call back the next day to try and see if they can do anything, on top of that the vape I got seems to have battery issues. So I made sure to call them about it and I was still told that I could not get a refund or exchange. I come to realize they do not do exchanges or refunds which is odd because every other vape store I’ve been to does do exchanges or refunds.

New to Montreal from new Brunswick. Was looking for a good vape shop and seen that this shop was only minutes from my place. Was greeted with a smile. Very knowledgeable staff. Told him what juice I liked and they matched me up with the perfect combo of e juice. Will definitely be back and will be my go to shop
