Normally I always have excellent service and valuable advice at this branch in Thibault. Today, Nov. 10, 2023, 6 p.m.... terrible.... I didn't believe it was possible for a customer service person to be so stupid and disrespectful... I was surprised by so much nonchalance. I was clearly bothering her... She rolled her eyes and spoke behind my back... But... I was there right in front of her... And the only customer... So I had to leave and go to another branch to get served. Very unfortunate young girl, you are ruining the great efforts of your bosses, owners and colleagues.

sold me 2 boxes of defective coils usually 1500-2000 puff before changing...the 370 puff are black!! (and yes I respected the wattage!) service by a young person of 19 who knows nothing! vaping... even the guy who has been there for 2-3 years looks at my machine and gives me the wrong coils... monitored your purchases before leaving..

Customer service completely out of place and unpleasant. That doesn't mean anything about their warranty systems after 30 days. Place to completely sabotage
