Very unprofessional customer service!! Have bought over $500 of glass from this shop. To be told by a female worker with glasses and green hoodie, that I’m clumsy and I am the problem. When they sold me a bong that was defective when I bought. NOT THE WAY TO TREAT LOYAL Customers. Will take my money elsewhere! 0/10 very bad experience even verbal abuse to a loyal customer. I will be taking this further.
Great services and the only one I found Cuban/Nicaraguans cigars on the island! I recommend.
Bought a bunch of cigars there tonight. Best selection on the island. Prices were okay as well for the most part. Tip - please provide ziplock bags for your cigar customers. I’ll be back for sure!
