Kumar the store owner is awesome. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought the latest Caliburn X, spare cartridge, and some vanilla salt juice. I got a discount. I heard the former employee already left. You guys give this shop another chace. This is my favorite Vapeshop. Buy local.

Always go to this specific store to buy new coils and juices. Always been very friendly and sincere with the way they handle out customers.

Very bad experience at this location. I have been buying from them and the last time the vape (brand new one) had no taste at all. He wouldn't refund or exchange as he said that they get if for 40 cents . Well I paid 17 dollars for it and didn't taste like anything at all. Never buying from this store again.

The last two visit have stand out. When I went in last to make a bottle purchase and use my points the owner thought it was appropriate to grill me on why I only spend my points at their location and not others. Nothing major but it did rub me the wrong way as the tonality it was delivered with showed unnecessary anger to my choice to spend my points when and where I choose. Today I go in show my device and ask for my usual bottle and 0.8 pods. This obviously new person doesn't know the difference to 0.8 and g2 (now realizing i usually am asked if i want G2 or 0.8 pods for clarification). They ask me if I want G2 0.8 pods, I say yes as I hear what I asked for 0.8 pods. Sells me the pods I figure out the don't work go back and am told I can buy the correct ones at full cost and its my fault because I agreed to be sold something I didn't know to be incorrect (taking no ownership what so ever) THEN trys to keep the pods they sold me. I've found this location to be uninviting in the past with past staff but now with the new uneducated staff approach this is just ridiculous and frustrating. Not going to go back to this location going forward.
