Ace Vapes and more 1409 Wyandotte St E

John at Ace Vapes assisted my fiancee and myself this morning and was super helpful! We were first time customers for disposable vapes (previous Ace Vapes customers, but we used Caliburn refillables) and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. We were even provided samples. Good experiences today (and with previous visits). We will definitely be returning.

So I have been shopping at Ace Vapes for a couple of years now and I have never had anything negative to say about my experience. I recently ordered a vape online and requested delivery. Upon receiving my vape I opened it and after taking a few puffs realized it wasn’t the flavour I had ordered. Not a huge deal ; these things happen. I messaged them the following morning just to let them know there was a mixup with my original delivery and not only did they apologize for the mix-up but they had the correct flavour delivered to me within the hour. They also threw in an additional vape tank and battery and told me to keep the first vape too. During a period where you’re lucky to get minimal customer service quality from most businesses this gesture impressed me enough that I felt they deserved a 5 star review. This place has the best customer service of any vape shop I have been too but also of any local business I have dealt with in years. Thanks again for taking care of your customers. Highly recommend this place to all my fellow vapers.

This is a great place for disposable vapes. Best prices so far in town from all the other few vape shops I been to. The staff is nice and all know their products. It's quick no line ups or wait. They are open late which is good when you run out of vape at 11pm at night. The parking lot is small but there is space on the streets to park if needed.

Price is great would love to give it 5 stars but thier delivery of a pre paid product has yet to show up it is 12:05 am I ordered it at 9:48pm

One of the best vape joints in town. The person is very helpful. They carry a wide selection of filters and juice. Even if its a 20 min drive for me its worth it
