this place SUCKS! they sold me an EXPIRED vape on “sale”. it was a boosted bar, i took one hit and it tasted absolutely disgusting, I know what a burnt vape tastes like, and this was 10x worse. they then refused to accept responsibility, and wouldn’t take it back or offer me a new one when i confronted them.
Ask for Keval, the guy has been an absolute MVP for me. Always recommends great flavours every time. Waterloo vapes always has deals going on, so highly recommend the place.
The staff here is amazing. I love everything about this store it feels so cozy and a home away from home. I will definitely be shopping here daily!

Way overpriced and staff are not friendly. The overwhelming security and staff breathing down your neck is crazy too they only become friendly when you are committing to a purchase. Highly recommend going elsewhere for better pricing and customer service
