Signature Vape Plus 402 King St N #1

Used to like the prices here, but the customer service kinda sucks. I guess it’s nice for the owner though, selling faulty products while taking no responsibility must be nice. As a customer though, paying full price for a vape that lasts half it’s advertised life is kinda a rip off. If you leave the store and open your box, better hope that vape works fine, cause they will be no help in solving your issue.

Bought a pod 4 days ago stopped working and they refused to do anything about it

This place is great! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I'm pretty sure it's family owned so you can really feel that dedication to each costumer. The quality of the produce is always up to par and they never make me feel dumb if I want to know something. I always recommend this place to my friends because it's such a quality vape store.

A little disappointed in the service. I purchased a disposable vape which had no flavour at all. Didn’t have any taste or any ice that was advertised. I assumed it was a faulty so asked to exchange. Was told that they can’t do any exchange.
