Prices are reasonable and their variety of options never disappoint… always a new product or flavours when I visit!

Spent $100 on an IXP 80 kit It was leaking since I bought it. I took it in twice to the store Store said nothing about the warranty of the company and kept saying it was something different each time Last time I brought it in (3 times now) The guy at the counter said I had the wrong filter And the setting was to high - both things were given / told for me to use by the workers at this shop. Employee this time (3rd time) then tells me Company has a year warranty and to send it on line. Went online and the warranty for Smok is only 6 months So in this time I haven’t had a vap that worked and now I can’t do anything about it The information I got from this location was wrong and now as a result I’m out $100 and have two bottles of juice that I won’t be using Pretty upset by this whole experience Won’t be returning to this location where no one seems to know what they are selling or how to use it Won’t be investing in Smok products at all anymore Garbage
