Is there a 6 star option? First time going in there today, was a great experience! Very new to purchasing better quality kits, so I had tons of questions. Jesse I think his name was very helpful and patient. Even helped me set everything up and walked me through all the settings and explanations. Helped me pick out a kit that met all my needs and at no point did he try to push more expensive options on me that I didnt need. This place is great... good location... clean and inviting store.... tasty liquids. They even have a rewards card for liquids. Highly recommend this place for newer and seasoned users. It will 100% be my go to place for anything I need.

Dave is absolutely amazing, he is so sweet, kind and friendly and took care of me and my boyfriend. He offered top tier customer service and RVC waterloo is now our go-to vape store.

If I could give zero stars I would. Will be pursuing legal action against this “franchise” as they are selling fake pods that combust upon hauling! 3RD TIME!!! Absolutely horrible and Manager “Dylan” or “Dillon” would not replace even though they were bad pods! STAY AWAY!!

Always a great visit when I stop in. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean, but not cold feeling despite the stark decor (I know...kind of a confusing description, but visit...you'll understand). I get so indecisive when I'm shopping for juice, but they help me quickly figure out what I need, and want 😅 The one gentleman that is usually working is super friendly, and just adds to the whole experience. I honestly don't know his name, but he's tall (I know, that could be anyone lol). Prices are reasonable. Just wish sometimes they were open a little later, but they still have decent hours.

In this era of hi & bye sales the staff at RVC are still focused on personal attention to customers, answering your questions and providing you accurate information on Vaping trends and products. It is very nice to have that level of service in a local business. Just visit them and see for yourself how great the staff really are
