Worst customer service I have ever had. As soon as I walked in, I asked for some help and I was confronted with a combative/loud voice and attitude by the customer service representative. He even made a point to make fun of me by saying the person behind me was even laughing at me. This guy is a total bully. I will never go back to any pony boy vape shops. I ended up spending over $250 on a new vape setup and juices at another vape shop. You guys lost a considerable amount of money. If any of the owners are looking at this, I would like to inform you that you have a worker belittling customers, and screwing with your bottom line. I would have spent enough to pay for his wage for the day but because of the shear nastiness of the interaction I will always tell everyone that PONYBOY vapes is the worst shop in the REGION of Waterloo. WORDS MATTER!

I have received the absolute best customer service from this place. I don't vape but have been picking up supplies here for a friend that is currently stuck in the hospital. So when I walk in knowing nothing and feeling lost, it's greatly appreciated to walk out feeling satisfied and helped through the process. This is a place I would recommend for veterans or newbies like me. Keep being awesome!!
