Out of all the Vape shops (local Trenton) this place takes the cake. Very welcoming environment & the staff treat you like human beings. Honestly, I come here because of the staff & experience! Matt & Leo; You guys are incredible. Thank you for always taking the time to help me out, offer your 2 cents on flavours, & brightening my day when things don't seem so great. These guys are my go-to vape shop for Quinte West. Sure, they're shifting to more of the disposable/juul stuff rather than the tank/mod. But the staff here are always great and knowledgeable. It's worth the 15-minute drive for me.

It has been a bit since I have been in a place that had no customer service at all. Went in looking for a product. When I told the guy that was working what I was looking for/needed he pointed to a section that was about 12' long. It all looked the same to me so when I asked for a bit more help he stated "ya it should be there somewhere" I left when to Kim's Vape Shop asked the same 2 questions and was handed what I was looking for.

Love the girl that works there!she's friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They have lots of options in store

This shop is solid, they have tons of inventory, keeping a pulse on what the public wants , are always informative if there are any questions, and , I have always had amazing experiences shopping here. Honestly, probably one of my favorite stores in the Trenton/ consecon area 💯
