The customer service is amazing! The gentleman Dillon really knows what he is talking about! He is like a vape wizard! Not to mention he is a debit/ credit card wizard and can get any warped card to work! There is no place like Juice on the Loose, I go to this location so much it is almost like my second home!

My go to stop for all the vaping needs a barrier could have. From juice, both freebase Nic and salt Nic, disposable devices, pod systems, and the good ole standby mod units with a sufficient selection of tanks and coils. Also the high powered lithium battery powered pro units, along with the batteries and charging units. Ahhhh YEAH 👍😁

Normally I like the customer service. But yesterday I was completely disappointed. I ordered a specific flavor, and was given the wrong flavor. I opened the bottle filled my tank only to realize they gave me the wrong flavor. They will not be replacing the bottle for the one I had originally asked for. Even though it was "their" mistake. I mean if you go to a restaurant and you order food and are given the wrong food, they give you the right food no? Only makes sense to get what I had asked for. Very very disappointed. I will more then likely not be returning. Shame.

Always great service at this location! I used to go to a different vape store but went in here once because of the convenience and I have never went back to the other store. The people that work here are wonderful and very knowledgeable.
