Where's customer experience? I've ever had bought a product off them and it's burnt and they pretty much told me that I'm SOL won't return. It won't do anything about it. I would suggest going to the other vape store in town. Is there a lot better to deal with and they help you when you have an issue like this? When I went into your store not one staff member asked me about an account. They never asked me about the box or the receipt. They just said no. We can't help you here. If they would have asked me those questions that you put in your reply I would have gladly gave him the account to move forward with it, but I wasn't asked now. Your assistant manager was very polite on the phone but the girl I talked to before was not

GREAT experience! The Staff is awesome. Everyone is very friendly. No pressure sales and the Staff takes the time to make sure you're getting the products best suited for you.
