Customer service is awesome. I had messaged these amazing people in hope that I could get set up and off the cigarettes. I was unable to go inside the store, so the owner had called me, from home, and set everything up for me, I chose the set up I liked and with the help of his suggestions I was ready to go. As I couldn't go inside the store, he set it up so I could pick up outside. I have to say, this is a first time for me, having this type of exceptional customer service. It's only been 24 hours since my purchase, but I have not smoked since. If you're looking for good service and great advice, go here, you wont regret it. Absolutely amazing!

Buy my juice here every 2 weeks. Owner is always nice and very helpful. Gives free samples of new juice if you ask nicely and great prices. New flavours come in every once in a while and you will always find something you like. Don't listen to people saying that this place rips you off or lies to you, it's bull. I've been coming here every 2 weeks for a year, they are great people.

Had the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Purchased two Vapes on October 26 2020, and I was happy with the purchase. I started having issues late November with the vape and I thought it was a manufacturer defect. I went in on December 5th to get a receipt reprinted for a warranty claim and the associate was helpful, and got me on the phone with the owner. The owner talked to me about the issue, and ended up replacing the product for me. It was a smooth and easy experience and I will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks so much. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. I am so glad I got my first vape purchase from here and not online which I had originally planned.

Only place in town with elf bar lowits. And you can grab a coffee next door after you stock up. Great place knowledgeable staff chill vibe and sweet sweet nicotine.
