Choose any other vape store but this one. The communication skills of the immature employees that work here are non existent. I’ve been given the wrong vape juice multiple times even when expressed correctly what I would like. I’m either getting higher nic content than I want or getting regular vape juice instead of the Iced I asked for, then being told it cannot be taken back even though it’s their mistake. Maybe they should stop treating their place of work as a “chill out zone” for them and their buddy’s and start focusing on the customers who bring business in. Shouldn’t be looked at as an inconvenience to your employees and as if I’m interrupting whatever your employees are looking at on their phone. I use to be a repeat customer, but have given this establishment one too many times to make up for their bad service. I will be taking my business to the Vapor shoppe on lake street from now on always because of the way they handle their customers and the concerns that may arise.

heard some much about this vape cove so I decided to check it out for myself and I was really pleased! definitely will be visiting again to re up on the many different flavours they have. the girl that work in shop is so friendly and helpful, I enjoy talking to her while she helped me out she makes the store worth the travel! HIGHLY RECOMMEND going there for vapes or flavours! shoutout to Jess, she’s a real one 💕

Super knowledgeable / helpful , manager does orders once a week maybe only a couple of times in a year they didn’t have what I was looking for. Great experience

If you're from out of province, be sure to have two pieces of ID with a photo got turned away for only having my driver license from alberta and would take my health card.
