Theory Labs ON L2R 2R2

I visited on friday novmber 3rd. I needed a nord 2 coil , the lady working told me they don't sell it and then she checked inventory and told me they did have the product I was looking for but sold me the wrong set of coils and I paid 25 dollars for them. Clearly the staff are very uneducated about their products. THE COIL DOES NOT FIT MY TANK. I am very upset. I want a refund or exchange with my receipt and ill bring back the product .I'll be there on monday or Tuesday to follow up with this issue

The owner argued with me that the synthetic 50 nic is illegal and thought I was talking about regular salt nic in 50mg when I tried to tell her it's still 20mg and wouldn't even let me explain and was was pretty rude when I asked, pretty sketchy building with literally one table of stuff. ONLY thing they got going for them is they're open 30mins before everyone else, but do yourself a favour and get a coffee and wait for the real vape shops to open
