Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable & helpful staff. I had a very minor issue with a produce (not their fault it's just a shipping issue), the employee replaced in seconds! I'm so happy I found this place 100% recommend
These employees are amazing! Chris was awesome I bought a kit and unfortunately it didn't work out but he gave me my money back and I was super happy!
Best vape shop around! They have a great selection and fast shipping. The store staff is always amazing, especially Chris, he remembers my account and exactly what I vape every time I go in. Awesome joint!
Very quick, to the point, answered my questions and got me what I needed. No upselling, no talking me into something "better". Literally there for the customer. Edit: Do not bring your kids as they will not be allowed in the store. Went today and wasn't aware they had a no child rule in effect, which makes perfect sense. They still went above and beyond and I am grateful for their customer service! Would give more than five stars if I could.
