180 Smoke Vape Store - Taunton Road Oshawa 767 Taunton Rd E Unit H3

It was my first time going to this location as I am new to Oshawa, and I have never felt more welcomed in a store! The lady who helped me explained thoroughly which products would best match what I was looking for! The customer service was great, I am very satisfied. I would recommend this location to anybody. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely terrible service. The most negative and unprofessional atmosphere I think I have ever experience. The lady working there gives you a dirty look just for walking in the store, she doesn't greet you or have ANY knowledge of the products. Who in their right mind is keeping this women employed. The owners need to bring in a secret shopper and see how bad it truly is. Never will I return to ANY 180 Smoke Vape Store.

Decided to try this place on Taunton Rd, for the first time today September 25, showed up at 9:55 am as it says it opens at 10am, waited there until 10:40am and noone showed up to open the store so I left. What terrible customer service, obviously they don't care about customers or wasting customers time, what a horrible experience, my first and last time I will go there, do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to go, I would avoid this place like the plague, they should seriously consider firing whoever's job it was to open the store today, no wonder this location has bad reviews, shame on them!
