I have been coming to this location since they've been opened. The two young guys that work there are always very respectful and has top notch customer service. Patrick has helped me a lot with choosing devices, coils and flavours. He has a lot of knowledge, no store I have been to where a employee gave me as much information as Patrick did about the devices, coils and juices I inquired about. I recommend this place to vapers!

Staff is friendly and they have a good selection, but they sell faulty products and don’t offer refunds! I’ve had 2 disposables stop functioning altogether within 24 hours. When I tried to return one the staff said they don’t do refunds or exchanges even with proof of purchase. It’s understandable that it’s out of their control, but there should be some type of policy to obtain a new one if you buy a faulty vape from their store within a certain amount of time.
