After dealing with all the vape stores in midland I ended up back here due to poor customer service at the other shops. Lisa is the friendliest customer service rep out of any store I’ve been to in midland. If they don’t have what you need or want she will help you get what you want or need even if it means ordering it for you. I believe they were the first vape store in town and should be the first choice anyone makes. Best store in town.

Walked in a miserable customer with a desire for a simple charger. What a turnaround as Lisa flipped my day straight into a good one. With the help of recommendations, a wonderful upbeat attitude and her fluffy pall Eddy. I walked out with a smile on my face and a much better attitude to the day. Lisa, you shall see me again.

Amazing service. I came in looking for some tasty stlth pods and was recommended the hybrid “nectar of gods”….I’ll be coming back for more that’s all I can say. Great customer service!

Just visited here as we were out on muskoka and i needed some juice urgently! Andre was helpful, kind and knowledgeable, and was a really nice guy to talk to. Great range of products, at good prices (certainly better than what I'm used to in the U.K) and certainly worth travelling to. Highly recommend.

I enjoy that they have the older part for tanks and mods I needed a pyrex glass for my TF V8 cloud beast and they had it in bulk hats off to this store I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help or is looking for parts
