Excellent customer support with the owner Rick, and Brandon working at this location during time of purchase. I was disappointed with a manufacturer issue that couldn’t be resolved with said manufacturer, due to disposing my packaging. I reached out via email to North49 Vape and was responded to promptly, they offered me two solutions and took care of my needs immediately. I’m very pleased with them rectifying the issue, although it wasn’t the store at fault.

Store opens at 10 A.M. It is now 10: 30 and it’s still not open I’ve been waiting for the last half hour and have seen 3 other customers try to go in and drove away after realizing the store was not open Update. Now 10:45 and still not open. Im leaving now and won’t be back. What a waste of time

Omg I've never had a employee talk me out spending my money at their place before .Belligerent rude condescending kept cutting me off raising his voice etc Went to purchase a 2nd device and he immediately told me I need to increase my nicotine ( something I'm not comfortable doing) refused to listen to the customers needs and told me I was about to spend hundreds of dollars n id be wasting my money ,political agendas and I knew nothing and was stupid he got very worked up.. A lot of people there at the time and he made quite a scene . I walked out and several people were laughing outside at his behavior as it was soooooo over the top ridiculous. Will NEVER go back ( incidentally I found a great store just after that and bought everything I needed at a MUCH lower price with great customer service very profeesional and helpful) it was DEFINITELY not at this place .wow just wow .Wish I could give zero stars.

Popped in as wanting to try something new. Guy working was nice at first. Said I didn't want a juice big it wasn't clear juice. Said he would not look at each bottle to get me a clear juice. Ok fine I'll go back to forest city. Said it doesn't make a difference well yes it does especially when you're flipping from juice to juice. Hear people out . Don't just think you know everything. Used to be able to try these things. I understand we're in a world now where we can't but you can have a little patience when people are deciding
