The lady working tonight (I believe her name is Rana) passed the vibe check! She went above and beyond for me, I don’t know much about vapes and all the different kinds but she was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the best flavour ever. I will definitely be back to this location! Rana was fantastic to deal with

(Updated Review ) Honestly in the past 6 months I have kept coming back to this vape shop, and I will say that they’re customer service is more than exceptional now. I am always greeted in a friendly way, and they always have really amazing staff that knows all about their products. Furthermore, all the staff will listen to any question you may ask with an in-depth knowledge of vaping. However, today was by far an unexpected, pleasant and kind experience by, Rana, it was help that I have not received really anywhere before at a business. she sincerely asked me if I wanted to talk about what was going on and offered kind, heartfelt, and amazing advice. Lastly, it truly shows how much this store has grown and what awesome, patient, and kind staff they have working there. I would highly recommend this store and must say it has been my favourite place to go now. To note, this is not an influenced review in any shape or form. This is just my overdue thank you for such amazing customer service. Thank you and all the best, Tyler (Previous) I decided to try this forest city shop over others, because it is closer to home. When I arrived I was greeted nicely by the young woman, however, the experience there could have been better. It felt rushed even though they were not busy, and the blonde guy with glasses was pretty ignorant towards me. From stand point he should have been more patient and when he offered a new line up of menthol, I said no, because I don’t like menthol. He still directed me to his favourite juices that weren’t menthol, however, it was with an eye roll. All in all an “okay” experience, but I will be going to the forest city vape shop in the future near Masonville, as they uphold a greater customer service experience. Even when busy.
