Absolutely amazing staff ( friendly and knowledgeable). Had an issue with a mod and worker helped me out getting it fixed and then on top did some extra nice things to be even more helpful. I highly recommd this shop and I live outside of town and I'd come back here

Disposable SLiM started auto-firing an hour after purchase. Was told I couldn’t get a refund unless it auto-fired in the store. That is absolutely absurd. I don’t have time to stand around a store vaping, hoping for an auto-fire for a refund. I went to a different store and they said these devices are known to have problems, so I suggest skipping Forest City and taking your business elsewhere to more honest people.

Purchased a new vape device and pods at this location in the past week, I was originally looking to replace a device I had lost, and was recommended the Smok. After 3 days, the pod began to taste burnt, I did some research just now to find that the pods burn quickly. I thought wow, luckily I bought an additional package of pods. The 3 pack of pods I just opened, don’t even fit this vape.

Always greeted with a big smile and a hello, staff knows exactly what they’re talking about and are very helpful! I go here all of the time and recommend it 100%

Was purchasing an item ($25) for a person. Came back 10 mins to exchange it (sealed AND with receipt). Apparently, you can’t do such unless you have an “account”, which was not explained. The policy (which is NOT typed on the receipt, AND is hidden at the opposite corner of the till states that the “easiest way for exchange is to have an account“; certainly NOT the only way) In any case, you’ll deal with very incompetent individuals behind the counter. They’ll refuse to provide contact for a senior manager to complain to aside from “go on Facebook”. Instead,what you’ll get is a teller talking to you while eating McDonald’s and spitting dried fries. Avoid and save yourself the hassle of putting up with those who lack the ability to comprehend any verbalized phrases.
