Melanie & Kylie are the best! I was just in the store for 15+ minutes stressing myself out over what to buy. They were so understanding about it being a difficult decision. They also helped a lot by giving me descriptive product reviews based on their experience. Best Forest City Vape experience I’ve ever had honestly :-)

Without a doubt the worst vape shop I’ve ever been to. Out of the 4 or 5 products that I ask for, they don’t carry any, these are all very common products that every other vape shop seems to carry, the consistency and convenience of finding these products is why I chose them. What they do carry is considerably overpriced, probably because they’re paying 3 employees to sit around behind the counter and talk and crack jokes, when 1 is more than sufficient to run a vape shop that never has more than one or maybe two customers at a time. Super questionable business strategies

I asked for Caliburn AK3 pods and was given the wrong kind even after my pod was looked at by the cashier. Didn't notice til I got home and opened it already (this was my bad, I should have checked the box beforehand). Now I can't return this because it's open now.

I’ve only been a few times, but the staff is great! Mel in particular is very knowledgeable and consistent! Great customer service!
