Would be nice if someone was actually there for the specified hours. Supposed to open at 11am Saturday morning. I waited over 20 minutes and nobody showed up for their shift. Quite disappointing

Google and the sign out front shows 11pm closing time on Friday and Saturday. Walked in at 9pm on Friday, there was an individual at the counter staring down at their phone. They instantly told me the place was closed unless I had cash and continued scrolling. Door was open. Sign and Google said closed at 11pm. Seems like laziness to me, and that’s just my experience stepping in the front door.

I go to this head shop quite frequently as it is down the street from where I work. I was just searching Your Highness up on google and started looking into their reviews. I am so so impressed with the professionalism of the owner, and their responses to the reviews, especially the not so kind ones. This business creates an extremely inviting environment for their customers, and definitely reflects how they only want the best for them. They have said time and time again they will do price matching, so I do not understand the reviews about the prices being astronomical. I think this business is extremely well run by a group of people with good heads on their shoulders.

Very stock and great location so I will give one, but only go to this store of you enjoy usury. The same products can be found for a fraction of the price front shopkeepers who do not believe in usury. Through first time I went in here I was naive about prices and bought something I later found exactly through same at different strokes down rhe road for half the price. I went to look are water pipes and found rhr exact same models are Rabba on westmount fot half the price. You pay extra for the prime location.
