The cashier was AMAZING! I'm quitting smoking and after MUCH research figured this was a decent option. Not only did she go over every device in detail but helped with flavors etc. Very well stocked shop and I'll be doing much business there in the future!

Went to get a couple vapes and Karissa was super helpful and very patient with me as I was making up my mind on what kind of vape to get . She had amazing customer service skills and was very friendly . I recommend getting your vape here !!!! The staff is super friendly and very outgoing . Definitely will be coming back so thank you Karissa !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went here Sunday to pick up some bottles of juice as our usual place was closed. Immediately the lady behind the counter was standoffish and disinterested in helping. My fiancé and I had questions she was unable to answer and told us to “look at the book” we spent 80 just to have to throw out the juice we bought. I used the juice for less then 24 hours and when I cough all I can taste is the juice ( a problem I have never had). Probably could have been avoided had someone knowledgeable been on staff or interested in helping at all. Disappointing and won’t return.

Cloud Vape Shop had amazing customer service, answered all my questions. Super cleaned inside. Highly recommend you check this place out! Great prices too.

Wonderful and exceptionally helpful staff, always making sure that we are satisfied and comfortable with the products we choose. We will not be going anywhere else :)
