I don’t understand the bad press here. I went into the store and two gentlemen acknowledged me right away and asked if they could help me. I was new to the vaping concept and wanted to quit smoking. We discussed how much I smoked per day and we calculated the right nicotine dose. These gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. They showed me the different kinds of e juice and flavors, and showed me the different vaporizers and how they worked. By the time I left there I was vaping like a pro. I then made an appointment to see them again as they will help me to decrease my nicotine intake and eventually stop smoking. I praise these guys. Perhaps there were different people working there at the time the other customers came in, so that’s why they got a bad review. I’m giving a 4 because nobody is perfect, but these guys are close. Thanks.

They sell fake products. I was sold a fake Kangertech Topbox Mini from them. When I went back 2 days later to ask them for a refund because my tank was leaking, that's when I realized that the product did not even match what was on the box. They did nothing to help me at all. I was new to vaping and they took advantage of that. I would highly recommend not to go here for vapes and liquids.

I've always purchased great products here. The newer staff won't know as much about each but just do your research ahead of time so you do .
