I am not impressed with this store, I drove 35 minutes to exchange my vape that broke after 4 days of having it. I had the receipt but that wasn't good enough. I needed to have the sleeve that went over the box at The vape came in my receipt didn't even matter. Thankfully my oldest daughter was able to dig it out of the garbage. Also this place only allows you to return stuff within 7 days of purchase.

Do not buy anything here. I spent over $200 at this store. I needed a new tank. I chose the most expensive one because I wanted a good tank. Every tank they had were on sale. Getting rid of them for some reason. The tank I purchased (Falcon by Horizon Tech) was defective. It kept coming apart and dumping my juice everywhere including in my pocket. It comes apart from the cap (the small cylinder that screw into the coil separates from the cap). They will do nothing for me besides tell me I should have a backup. So I need to buy a brand new tank after just purchasing one. I will not be buying that or anything else at this store ever again.

Have bought all my vaping needs from this store the staff is awesome and never had any problems with their products will definitely purchase my vaping products from them in the future.
