I really feel like this store is going down hill and extremely quickly with how the staff is and how they are handling clients/purchases. I Couldn’t be more disappointed. Will be returning my sealed item tomorrow and shopping anywhere else but here. The one girl is rude and doesn’t listen or know what she’s doing. Luciano is lovely to deal with but I can’t always wait for the days he’s in and honestly the other staff is just so unbearable to deal with so sadly I won’t be coming back to this store again.

The girl recommended the super sugary banana flavored garbage. I went outside tried it and did not like it at all,nothing like the stilth flavors. I went back in to see if I could exchange it and she flat out denied me and continued to talk with her friends. Found it rude and won't go back. Was later in the day on Monday of this week. Whoever she wad seemed useless and very unhelpful.

Some of the people working there are great and really helpful, but some of them are mean and obnoxiously difficult to deal with. I always buy a pack of coils, and i didn't find out there was a 5 dollar off discount if you buy a hole pack of them 8 months later that I should have been given that discount...

Andrea was extremely helpful. She helped me pick out the right flavour and also is very knowledgeable on all the different brands and how they taste. Overall amazing experience, lots of variety, definitely recommend
