Best price for local products, I've shopped around and seen the deals from the other stores. They allow you to buy individual coils and don't force you to buy the entire box like the other stores. I buy big bottles of liquid here and it ends up being much cheaper than the other stores and they can customize your sweetness to your liking. The point system is a bonus too.

I went to this location last week to pick up a new disposable and it will be my last time shopping there. This was the second time I had a bad experience there and it’s because of one guy who have a how dare you come in here and expect me to answer questions attitude. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable or treated so rudely for asking a basic question. I’ve worked in customer service most of my adult life and I go out of my way to be kind and helpful to everyone, even when not on the clock! It’s this employees job to know the products and pricing and to not make ppl feel like they are doing something wrong by shopping there. I didn’t catch his name because I was so taken aback, but it left a very bad impression and it will be the reason I take my business elsewhere!

Good store and selection but the customer service changes every time I go. Sometimes they’ll ask for your points number and sometimes they won’t.

Great customer service and product selection. Avalon consistently has the best juice on the island.

I wouldn’t go to any other place, The bunch at Avalon vapor are awesome, quick and friendly, the only place I would go is Avalon Vapor! Thanks for the good service bys!
