Birthday promotion is terrible. Day of our nothing. Like anyone has time to go filling around on your 30th. Terrible considering how much business I give this store Had my ID my birthday was Wed. Today is Saturday. I understand it was a courtesy and would love to have resolved this in store but your customer refused to let me speak with the manager. I have been a loyal customer for a few years spending 100$+ a month in your store. Sorry but I think it could of been handled more professionally.

This is evidenced from the interaction with staff as well as the time taken to answer any and all questions that one may have re: products before purchasing . I’ve been a frequent customer at vapour xs. I buy all my devices there as well as my juice. I find staff to be very knowledgeable when it comes to devices and functions and are always quick to recommend a new flavour of juice. In the 2 years I’ve been shopping here I’ve never had an issue. Yesterday there was a minor mistake with a juice I purchased. I contacted the owner to make them aware of the issue. The customer service I received was outstanding. The owner went above and beyond expectation in correcting the mistake. I highly recommend checking them out for all your vaping needs!! 10/10 the only store I frequent 🙌🏻
