Went in to get a new glass and a drip tip for my tfv9 tank. The worker there somehow gave me the complete wrong glass for a smaller tank that is not compatible with my tank at all. Not to mention the worker jammed the drip tip into my tank partially damaging the child locking on the fill up. Absolute lowest quality experience I’ve had in a vape store (note to anyone that vapes tank or pod systems if you want product variety go to any of the shops downtown, all this place has is juice and disposables) the variety of non disposable vapes is extremely low

Best one around, hands down! Not only aesthetically, cleanliness but the staff is so friendly and just too fabulous 🫶🏽 ✨ They had a free sample booth to try a full sized product of the brand VUSE with purchase of anything in store with Kyle! The staff was named AJ (I think), who was so sweet to talk to and also gave me his honest opinion on what he thought I’d like after he had to listen to me talk their ears off 😅🫠 They’re both so knowledgeable on the products (not just trying to upsell), honest and actually take the time to hear what you want and make helpful suggestions! Can’t wait to go back and hopefully see you both again soon!!
