I had been a customer here since the day they opened but the customer service and liquid quality has really degraded. Bought 2 vape juices from them but they were both flavourless and had bad odour. We went along with the bill and the flavours to complain about the issue and get it replaced. We were even ready to add and get a more expensive flavour. But they basically indicated that it was our problem and offered a mere 25% discount on the next purchase. The two bottles I bought felt like a scam basically.

An absolute SCAM store! The ONLY and the WORST customer service experience I’ve had in a vape shop over the years. If you’re around downtown area, I recommend other stores like The Newfoundland Puffin Company or The Hollow Noggin that have excellent options and most importantly, excellent customer service.

This place is awesome, the staff are incredibly chill and they have great deals on pretty much everything, but especially disposables.

They got to be doing something illegal to be selling disposables for so cheap when everywhere sells the same product for much more. Don't trust them. Sketchy bunch for sure.
