Owner is an amazing guy, but when your workers don't answer the phone for over an hour, I'm sorry I've gotta leave a negative review. Whoever's ignoring all the calls should be ashamed of themselves and fired. Not to mention the service quality has dropped since summer 2022, the place used to be really welcoming but now the new workers will barely welcome you in the shop and almost seem to intentionally interact less with customers.

Had the most pleasant shopping experience at this vape shop! Spent summer #staycationNL driving across the province and this was the most friendliest, helpful service yet! The guy was kind, and we were so happy to come across such a great guy and great service! Catch ya later! Thee Hollow Noggin 🤘😁

The shop is on a one way that has no signage at the end to indicate it’s a one way and you cannot turn. I go into the shop and the clerk says “For a point of reference buddy, that’s a one way.” I said “Well, some signage would be nice.” Clerk says “Buddy, there’s lots of it out there.” Then I proceeded to spend $100 their vapes and juice. Horrible customer service experience and they are now phasing our their illusions juice line for their low tier island fog to make more money. The only good juice they have.

Stopped in while passing through. Nice little shop. The guy that helped me out today was amazing. Super helpful!
