Going to the stores is fine, but don't order from the website. Took 6 days just to put the order in the mail, I live 6 hours away. And the email address at the bottom of the confirmation email that say "if you have any questions blah blah blah", they never responded to any of my emails. NEVER ordering online with them again.

TERRIBLE customer service. Tried to ask simple questions about some disposables and was meet with one word answers, all while he sat there staring at the computer screen! Try to support local and they dont want to help 👌

The staff who work at Corner Brook's Hollow Noggin location are my favorite! They really are a great group! Knowledgable, incredibly friendly, will teach you troubleshoot methods, recommend juices and throw specs out on devices for first timers if necessary. I really enjoy the encounters I have with each of the staff members - EVERYTIME. They really are a great team and the owner is lucky to have each of them as employees! Thanks babies! I don't go anywhere else because of you guys!
