Horrible customer service and false representation. Employee says device can be returned within 30 days. Go back the next day and manager says item can only be returned if there's a manufacturer defect. Was not told that at the time of purchase. I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. I guess they don't care about that stuff. Any recommendations for another vape shop nearby? I don't want to give my business to people who don't value my loyalty.

Cool vape dalhousie is the location to go!! Don't bother to go to other locations! The staff here is kind and helpful as well!! This is my only location to go! If they do a mistake (which doesn't happen very often) they do whatever they can to fix the issue!!! Good job guys i'm a loyal customer to dalhousie location!!!

Bought this Juice, it's tasteless, tried it with an old and new cartilage, two pods.. same result. I always buy Vanilla custard flavour so i know well when the flavour quality is high or low... This is off the grid unfortunately.

She accused me of identity fraud because I had my driver’s license and government id with me. Apparently I am not allowed to have more than 1 id???? I used to be a loyal customer but I will no longer come to this location.

The staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful. I will continue to shop here to get all of my vape needs met.
