Great shop for a vape store with alot of choices, I bought Havok v1 as my first vape and it's treating me well. The customer service was exceptional great staff. 10/10. Must visit vape shop for good variety on vape juices and pods

Fella working today helped me out so much and answered every question I had and some I hadn’t thought of. I’ve been to this store before and had lesser experiences but at least today it was 5 stars for sure.

Sorry to say goodbye but thanks for making it easier to quit the ejuice. Not a diss to the store itself becsuse I've always had great customer experiences on all of my visits. It's the price of ejuice that's skyrocketed. I went today after running out of my bottles that I bought for boxing day. Found out that the 11.99 not on sale, $9.99 on sale (30 ml) bottles are now approximately $30 each. Still safer than cigarettes in my opinion but this is too expensive.

Gets the job done well! Glad they sell individual pods for sale too unlike Flamingo.

I have had nothing but exceptional service from the staff @ this location as I've gone through the generations of vape products. I always feel informed in a confusing market & they all have gone above & beyond providing excellent customer service in lean times as well as plentiful. You can teach an employee sales...customer service can depend on the individual. These gentlemen are always consistent, & a pleasure to see. This Fat Panda location has become part of our neighbourhood. Thanks guys...
