Staff (is there only one guy that works there? I've only seen him working) is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. He provides suggestions and recommendations that are very useful. When he can't find something, he is quick to look it up or offer alternatives. All around great atmosphere, great staff!

The workers here are always extremely helpful and friendly! The atmosphere the workers provide are top notch! Never had a bad visit. I wouldn't want to shop anywhere else. Just wish they had a bigger selection of Vape Mods and Tanks. Way too many pod systems in my opinion.

I purchased the Horizon Tech Falcon King Atomize. It constantly leaked through the vents. They exchanged it for a second Falcon King, which has the same problem. The manager and an employee of Fat Panda have the same issues. Horizon Tech doesn't reply to emails.
