Been a loyal customer since 2021. Been regularly purchasing an item for 20$ (elfbar) when all of a sudden the price “went up to 23$” last week from a regular employee, who I have seen there for many months. No problem. Then came back yesterday, different regular employee, and I got charged the usual 20$… not a big deal but the dishonesty is frustrating. Won’t be back unfortunately, used to really like this place. Seems like it’s just tryna rinse you now.

An lovely convince store, one of the last of it's kind in White Rock. The staff are lovely. They have a large selection of products, some imported candies and drinks. They are definitely an important part of our east beach neighborhood.

i’ve received the best service here. the cashier at the counter ‘Taran kaur ‘ was so nice and polite. i really liked the way she dealt with me. I’m really impressed. And would love to visit again! :)

Every once in awhile you are fortunate enough to come across a place that “gets it” and I can say with 100% certainty that Sunlight Market really and truly “Gets it!” Located strategically right across from the cannabis shop this store owner has meticulously hand picked every snack and hard to get chocolate that would be appealing and appreciated not only by the clients of his neighbour’s business but also by junk food junkies on top of that his back room is full of virtually every known paraphernalia available for cannabis users as well as an excellent selection of vaping items. My main concentration is on the snack side of the store, he has ordered in impossible to get American versions of candy bars as well as the higher true chocolate British versions as well. Breakfast cereal lover? Be prepared to be amazed he has a wall of breakfast cereal that puts to shame all of the major grocers, this place is well worth exploring and experiencing

Such a great local store carrying so many items applicable to neighbourhood wants and needs. Thanks for such a clean, well ordered well stocked store in East Beach. A true “Convenience store”
