BC Smoke Shop 2624 Quadra St

First employee was super short and after discussing the warranty issue refused to help me. the second would barely answer any questions, denied selling me the original defective item 3 weeks earlier (I had the receipt) and stated that he would never suggest anyone buy the vape in question. After clearly not standing behind product they still sold He became super argumentative and st that point I just turned around and walked out. Truly the worst customer service. I hope the manager reviews at the cc footage..

Went in to get some accessories for my Volcano Hybrid. Told the guy specifically what volcano I have. I get home (to Duncan) and realized the filling chamber he sold me doesn't fit. It looked like it could just snap onto my old filling chamber the clips lined up perfectly with 3 tabs on my old one. Turns out nope, also ended up breaking my old filling chamber too. Come on guys I specifically told you what model I have, give me the right damn parts. Wasted my money plus broke my other filling chamber. I've been a customer for over a decade but this is it, never going back unless they offer me a new filling chamber to compensate me. EDIT: BC smoke shop did reach out and try to correct the situation, I was again sent another wrong part but I appreciate the effort. Thanks BC Smoke shop.

The staff member who worked with me was clearly inexperienced and uneducated in the tech they supply; I was completely misadvised on the function of the piece I bought. Management was more interested in offloading the piece than making sure it was the right fit or helping find a solution. This is the third time I’ve had this experience here since 2019. I’m tired of wasting money on glass that doesn’t function for me.

They sent me defective parts and then told me too bad and deal with the vendor, why do we need these guys if we just need to deal with the vendor A week after receiving the part it stops working or being seen Are these cheap knock offs? Looks like it! YOU SENT ME JUNK THE VENDOR SENT YOU THE JUNK YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU AND SAYING OH WELL THEY DONT GIVE US MONEY BACK IS TOO BAD FOR YOU DON’T SELL THAT PRODUCT THAN YOU SENT ME THE JUNK NO ONE ELSE BUT YOU NEVER ANOTHER PENNY SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE CLOWN COLLEGE

Have only had great experiences with this store and everytime I order from there website it's at the post office same day. My first order they didn't have a cleaner I wanted, so they emailed me like an hour after my order and offered to replace it with the next expensive one, or refund me. Excellent customer service, some of the best prices, and everything they offer is genuine. Love this place!!!
