For non electric paraphernalia, A+. Showed them my no taps charger, they showed me a battery that was just a couple taps. Okay. Id rather have none, but I need something. Straight to my face, was told 1 - 2 taps. Brought it home. Wouldn't turn on based on criteria advised to me. In person. Right there. Took it back for advice. Was informed it was actually 5 taps. It works fine, use it! No refunds. --> As someone with arthritis, this is a very cumbersome unit with that many taps. If I was told the truth the day before, I wouldn't have bought it. Train your staff or stop lying. The lack of honesty and outright blatant ableism was heard loud and clear. $18 wasted. Cant even recycle it.
