These guys are always extremely friendly and helpful. One of the products I use is not as popular, so they don’t carry a lot of it, but will always order it in for me when I need it. I’m enjoying the new point’s program as well! Thank-you SOTW Powell River. ☺️
Friendly and informative experience, got a good vape and a brand new lighter, both great products, highly recommend stopping in if you need any advice or smoking/vape supplies.

I had a mishap with buying the wrong products and living out of town it took awhile before I could return to the store. They were so helpful and amazing service and quickly exchanged my items for the correct ones and with very pleasant service and a smile. Always a store where I feel welcomed.
